These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Otheryia website (otheryia.com), the Otheryia Minecraft server (play.otheryia.com), and related community services. By using any of these, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The service
Otheryia is a community-run Cobblemon Minecraft server. The website provides information about the server, news, wiki guides, and links to our community and store. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Community conduct
Play and participation are subject to our community rules. Prohibited behavior includes cheating, exploiting, harassment, and any activity that harms other players or the server. See our server rules for details. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate the rules, at our discretion.
Purchases
Ranks, cosmetics, and other items may be purchased through our web store. Please note:
- Purchased items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value and are licensed to you for use on the server, not sold as property.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
- Items or perks may change as the server evolves, and access depends on the server remaining operational.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in loss of access and a ban.
Payments are processed by our store platform under its own terms; this website does not process payments directly.
Intellectual property
The Otheryia name, logo, website content, and original assets are owned by Otheryia. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without permission. Minecraft, Pokémon, and Cobblemon are the property of their respective owners (see the disclaimer below).
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otheryia is not liable for any loss of data, in-game items, purchases, or other damages arising from your use of the service or from downtime, resets, or discontinuation.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
