Otheryia Update Series — Part 2

Part 2 of the Otheryia Update Series focuses entirely on the economy and progression systems — two areas that players have been asking us to improve for months.

💰 Economy Overhaul

The Otheryia economy has been rebalanced from the ground up. Here’s what changed:

Pokémon Trading

  • Rare Pokémon now have a minimum floor price to prevent underselling
  • Added a Price History feature to the auction house — see what items sold for in the last 30 days
  • Trade cooldown reduced from 10 minutes to 2 minutes for trusted players

Shop Updates

  • Added 12 new items to the player shop rotation
  • Seasonal items now have a countdown timer so you know exactly when they expire
  • Bulk purchase discounts added for common consumables (Potions, Poké Balls, etc.)

Vote Rewards Buff

  • Vote Key rewards have been buffed by approximately 40%
  • Added a Vote Streak Bonus: vote 7 days in a row to receive a guaranteed Rare Key

📈 Progression Improvements

Trainer Level System

The Trainer Level system has been reworked. Leveling now feels more consistent and rewarding:

Daily Quests

Daily quests have been expanded from 3 to 5 quests per day, with higher-tier rewards for completing all 5.

🔧 Technical Improvements

  • Server TPS has been optimized — average TPS is now 19.8 (up from 18.2)
  • Reduced memory usage by approximately 15% through chunk loading optimizations
  • Anti-cheat system updated to version 3.2
