Otheryia Update Series — Part 3

Welcome to the third installment of the Otheryia Update Series! This patch brings some of the most-requested features from our community, including a brand-new Halloween cosmetics collection, a full wiki overhaul, and significant balance improvements.

🎃 Halloween Skins

The Halloween Skin collection has arrived, featuring spooky variants for some of your favourite Pokémon. This limited seasonal collection includes:

  • Ghost-type themed variants for fan favourites
  • Pumpkin and jack-o’-lantern inspired designs
  • Dark and shadow-themed recolours
  • Exclusive Halloween event Pokémon skins

These can be unlocked via Vote Keys, the Store, or seasonal event rewards during the Halloween event window.

📖 Wiki Overhaul

Our wiki has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. Every page has been rewritten for clarity, accuracy, and ease of navigation. Key improvements include:

  • Getting Started guide redesigned for new players
  • Cobblemon Mechanics section with detailed battle system explanations
  • Economy Guide with current shop prices and auction tips
  • Gym Challenge walkthrough with all 8 gym leaders documented

⚖️ Balance Improvements

A round of balance changes has gone live across the server:

  1. Spawn rates for rare Pokémon have been adjusted for better distribution across biomes
  2. Economy values have been rebalanced to make progression feel more rewarding
  3. Gym Leader teams have been updated with improved movesets and held items

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Shiny Pokémon would lose their shiny texture after server restart
  • Resolved a dupe exploit in the player auction house
  • Fixed /pc command not working for players with certain permission levels
  • Corrected spawn rates for Legendary Pokémon in the overworld

What’s Next?

Part 4 of the update series is already in development. We’re working on custom Gym Badges, a PokéDex completion reward system, and a major expansion to the PokéBoss Raid system.
