How to earn money, trade Pokémon, and thrive in the Otheryia player economy.

Economy Guide

Otheryia has a player-driven economy built around Pokémon trading, item markets, and vote rewards. The in-game currency is (Pokémon Dollars).

Earning ₽

There are several ways to earn money on Otheryia:

Selling Pokémon

The most lucrative way to earn ₽ is by catching and selling rare or high-IV Pokémon on the Auction House. Shiny Pokémon and Legendaries command the highest prices.

Daily Quests

Complete up to 5 daily quests each day for ₽ rewards. Higher-tier quests pay more.

Voting

Vote for Otheryia on server listing sites to earn Vote Keys. These keys can be opened for ₽, rare items, and cosmetics. See the Vote page for all voting links.

Player Shops

Set up your own player shop at spawn to sell items passively while you’re offline.

The Auction House

The Auction House is the central marketplace for Pokémon and items.

Listing an Item

  1. Hold the item you want to sell
  2. Run /ah sell <price>
  3. Your item is now listed for other players to buy

Browsing Listings

  • /ah — open the Auction House GUI
  • /ah search <name> — search for a specific Pokémon or item
  • /ah history — view recent sale prices

Pricing Tips

  • Check the Price History before listing to avoid underselling
  • Rare Pokémon have a minimum floor price — you cannot list below it
  • Shiny Pokémon typically sell for 5–20× the price of their non-shiny counterpart

Trading Directly

For direct player-to-player trades:

  1. Stand near the player you want to trade with
  2. Run /trade <playername>
  3. Both players must confirm the trade before items are exchanged

Note: There is a 2-minute cooldown between trades for trusted players.
